Product Warranty

Limited Warranty


All products are produced with acceptable tolerances in the matting industry. We warranty products to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing. When we have determined that a product is defective, Unimat Corporation, Inc. will, at its own discretion, either


1.    repair the nonconforming product,
2.    replace the product with the same or substantially similar product, or
3.    reimburse the buyer for the pro-rated purchase price of the nonconforming product.


Our liability is limited to the cost of the defective product only. No other warranty is implied.

Unimat Corporation reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming mat(s) before repairing, replacing or reimbursing the buyer. Therefore, at the preference of Unimat Corporation Inc., the mats must be returned or available for on-site inspection. Modifying or installing the mat may void the warranty. The decision to void this warranty will be made at the sole discretion of Unimat Corporation, Inc..

Liability


The customer shall be responsible for testing and verifying the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended use is implied. The customer assumes all risk and liability. Our only obligation is replacement or credit for product proven defective. We shall not be deemed liable for any loss or damage that may occur from the use or inability of the product. Unimat Corporation shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, and indirect or punitive damages (including without limitation, damages from lost business, profits or goodwill.

Cancelled Orders


Special cuts, custom materials and logo mats orders cannot be altered or cancelled once the manufacturing process has started. Standard orders may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to twenty five (25) percent.

Return Policy


All returns will be at the discretion of Unimat Corporation, Inc.


Do not return any merchandise for any reason without first contacting our Return/Adjustment department, and receiving a return authorization.


All unauthorized returns will be refused at our shipping dock.


Products shipped as ordered will not be accepted for return without written permission from Unimat Corporation, Inc.


All returns must be shipped pre-paid, unless otherwise authorized by us in writing.


All returns subject to a 25% restocking fee.


No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt, unless materials are defective.


Orders due to the shipper error will be re-shipped at the expense of Unimat Corporation Inc, providing the order was received with our Part Numbers, and/or description of product. If these requirements are met, We will pay for all normal freight charges incurred on replacement merchandise, as well as all normal freight charges incurred on returned merchandise receive in error. We will also waive all restocking fees.

Special cuts, custom materials and logo mats cannot be returned.
